To find all your downloaded documents, click on the "Download history" tab:
On this page, you can :
View all documents downloaded over the last 2 years. Each line can be clicked to open the document viewer. If a document has been added to a Selection, its selection name will also be visible.
Refine your search using the filters :
Type of content
Download date
Exclusion of downloads in mockup format
Search for a specific document using the search bar with :
Name
His ID
Its dateline
The selection it is in
Standard user: access only to your own download history.
Administrator: access to your team's download history, with a filter to search by user.
Each download is recorded individually in the download history. This means that :
The same content downloaded several times will appear several times.
If content is downloaded in different formats (e.g. mockup and original format), it will appear on several lines.
