You can't activate your account

To access the platform, you will receive an email inviting you to click on a link to activate your account. You may have difficulty accessing the platform:

1. The link contained in your activation email has expired

The activation URL for your account is valid for seven days after your account has been created.

2. You haven't received the activation email

In both instances, to receive a new account activation email:

  • If you are the main administrator of the account,
    contact your sales representative or support@afp.com to receive a new activation email

  • If you are a user who is a member of a team,
    contact your manager so that they can cause an activation email to be resent.

    (Administration tab> My teams. The line will remain greyed out until the user has activated their account.
    Use the blue arrow to email the activation link again.)
